INGREDIENTS
1 cup Milk (can be substituted with any plant based milk)
3/4 cup Greek Yogurt
1 1/2 cups frozen Strawberries
1/4 cup quick cooking Oats
1 tablespoon Honey
1/4 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

DIRECTIONS
Add all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
